Paintless Dent Repair

Get rid of big and small dents with paintless dent repair from Bob Moore Collision Center. We use modern equipment to remove the dents without damaging the paint. The result is a smooth ride with the original paint and no imperfections. One look at it, and you'll never know anything bad happened.

You'll find this process is ideal for hail damage, dings from doors, shopping carts or other items. It works on both steel and aluminum panels. Most modern vehicles use a type of paint which offers more flexibility, making it perfect for paintless dent repair.

Glass Repair

It only takes a small rock flying back towards your vehicle to cause a slight chip in the windshield. Over time, that chip can grow into a long crack that hampers your vision. We can fix your windshield or other glass to give you a perfect view.

Our team will look at the crack to determine whether it can be repaired or if the glass needs to be replaced. The size of the chip and location are two determining factors for which option is best. If it's decided that the glass needs to be replaced, our technicians will remove the existing window carefully and install the new one. We can take care of windshield repair, passenger windows, and rear windows even if they have automatic defrost or are tinted.

Paint Repair

Sometimes a vehicle requires a new paint job after repairs have been made. Our body shop technicians are trained on the latest paint techniques to ensure your vehicle is restored to its pre-collision condition. Once all repair work has been completed, the next step is to repaint the vehicle.

The technicians will use equipment to match new paint to the vehicle's existing color. They will sand down the area that needs to be painted. The equipment will scrape any existing paint while creating a smooth area that will allow the new paint to adhere.

The next step is to tape the vehicle to prevent paint from getting on trim or other areas that don't need to be painted. Once the car has been taped, the technician will apply primer. Primer helps to create a smoother surface that attaches to the paint. The primer will need to dry for several hours.

Once the technician has checked to make sure the primer is dry, they will spray paint the vehicle with the new coat of paint. A spray gun helps to spread the paint evenly with no bubbles or bumps. They will let the paint dry and apply the next coat. Sometimes, two or three coats are necessary to create a uniform appearance. After the last coat has dried, the technician will apply a clear coat to seal the color. When the clear coat of paint is dry, the vehicle is ready to be picked up. You will need to avoid waxing your vehicle until the paint cures for a few weeks.

Other Damage

Here at Bob Moore Collision Center, we take care of all body jobs, from small chips and scratches to major damage. We'll fix dents and damaged panels, bumpers or even the frame as long as the integrity of the vehicle can be maintained.

You can expect the repair to take from one to three days for minor jobs with major repairs taking up to two weeks. Once we perform a thorough visual inspection of your vehicle, we'll provide an estimate for the cost of repairs as well as the timeline for when you can expect to get your vehicle back.

We'll work with your insurance provider to ensure the work is completed in a timely manner. We can use genuine OEM parts or refurbished parts to return the vehicle to its pre-collision look.
